S-RAMP stands for "SOA Repository Artifact Model and Protocol," and it is an OASIS specification that provides a common data model and protocol for interacting with a repository of (primarily) SOA artifacts. To my knowledge Infinispan has nothing to do with S-RAMP.
Another JBoss-sponsored open source project called Overlord provides an implementation of S-RAMP, and they used to use ModeShape (and thus Infinispan) under the covers.
