Some of the CVEs you mentioned like CVE-2014-0119, CVE-2014-0099, CVE-2014-0096 seems to be fixed in JBoss EAP 6.2.4 which is built on AS 7.3.4.Final (however accessing those fixes will require RedHat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform Subscription).
As after JBoss AS 7.1.1.Final there is NO direct JBoss AS7 downloads are available, Hence you should try using the JBoss EAP6.3 or Much better if you can use the JBoss EAP 6.4 see the download link for those [1]
