1. Re: HQ224045: Failed to run large message deliverer: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException
jbertram Oct 28, 2014 10:45 AM (in response to asrgomesvoc)The UnsupportedOperationException is thrown because the underlying array in the buffer is null. Why it is null I do not know. At this point I'd need to debug it to find out why.
Couple of questions:
- Is the storage local or remote (e.g. SAN, NFS, etc.)?
- Are you using NIO or AIO?
- Would you be able to provide a reproducible test-case?

asrgomesvoc Oct 28, 2014 11:22 AM (in response to jbertram)Hi Justin,
Thanks for the reply.

1. the storage is local (LVM on a local disk)
2. NIO
3. I am trying to do that but had no luck so far due to the apparent random nature of this problem. This a work in progress.
Thanks

tari_manga Mar 10, 2015 5:46 AM (in response to jbertram)Hi all, I'm occasionally experiencing the same issue, although I'm not able to provide a reproducer - it just happens when a large number of messages do pile up on the queue as the MDB in the application cannot keep up.
Just wondering if there is any update on this original thread, please?
Thanks;

cwalker67 Apr 6, 2015 12:52 PM (in response to jbertram)I'm also experiencing this same issue although it is constant and not intermittent. I'm using:
- Wildfly 8.1
- Constructing the message in a SLSB
- It fails on both NIO and AIO
- CentOS
- ext4
- java 1.7.0_45
