nimo22 Feb 12, 2013 10:32 AM (in response to nimo22)Oh, the file "xulrunner-10.0.10.en-US.win64-x86_64.zip" is NOT a 64-bit-version!

maxandersen Feb 12, 2013 1:05 PM (in response to nimo22)1 of 1 people found this helpfulProblem is that webkit does not provide the same level of integration that XulRunner did.
And even if we moved to webkit it would not be 64 bit on OSX since here the opensource webkit is only available in 32-bit afaik.
Note, the Browser Simulator actually uses webkit - so you should not have such problems.

3. Re: replacing XUL-Runner with webkit-runtime
nimo22 Feb 13, 2013 2:38 AM (in response to maxandersen)Thanks. I opened the Browser Sim but as indicated here https://community.jboss.org/wiki/BrowserSimFAQ it also does not work on 64 bit eclipse.
I tried to change the eclipse.ini in hope to run on 32 bit instead of 64 bit. However, it does not work:
-vmargs
-d32
That means, I have to install 32 bit version of eclipse and set up my plugins and workspace again (tedious work;(.

dgolovin Feb 13, 2013 2:09 PM (in response to nimo22)AFAIK -vmargs -d32 works only for Mac.
