1. Re: JBoss 5.1 + JSF 1.2 + Facelets + Richfaces = Problems
ctomc Jul 6, 2012 10:26 AM (in response to neofox01)Hi,
first of all, this is AS7 forum not 5.1
in any case i would recomend you to go with AS7 and EE6 tehnologies, that means JSF 2+ facelets (which are part of JSF now) + richfaces 4.
@postconstruct and everyting else will surely work with as7.
also you get CDI for free

neofox01 Jul 6, 2012 10:54 AM (in response to ctomc)Hi,
Sorry for the disorientation, I'll open a new thread where It should be.
Thanks for your suggestion, but the server version is a limitation of the production enviroment... Nothing will make me happier than working with cutting edge technology
Does anybody have another suggestion?

ssilvert Jul 6, 2012 12:04 PM (in response to neofox01)I know that this stuff works in AS5. For @PostConstruct you have to make sure you have a valid managed bean in request, session, or application scope. I don't remember any specifics about the enum converter but I'm sure it was working because it passed TCK.
