swiderski.maciej Jun 22, 2012 12:15 PM (in response to pgoncalves)1 of 1 people found this helpfulOne way of achieving this would be to define the actor/group id of the task to variable and have other node (or on-entry/on-exit script) to evaluate the required logic and assign proper value to the variable that next will be used by the user task.

Is there a way to delegate the script to a java class?
I'm not comfortable in having a large script in the process definition.
In jbpm4 (if I'm not confusing with other engines ), we can simply put the classpath of a java class in the script (org.myapp.MyClass), and implement some interface in MyClass.
I'm aware that jbpm5 works completely different, but just asking...

swiderski.maciej Jun 22, 2012 2:34 PM (in response to pgoncalves)you can use service task that does pretty much same as it was in jbpm4 - invoke a defined method of a java class. Take a look at the example here.
