tony.herstell1 Jan 14, 2009 3:34 AM (in response to sergeysmirnov)Awsome.
I have some issues with the demo site with the support and the editor box thingy (which I really want to use) on Firefox (at least)... nice to see you using Seam at teh back end (yes I saw the exception page when it crashed!)
A quick question... does the text in the editor box get posted right back to the server for preview or not? If not thats GREAT as my Update page will not get partial updates being applied through Ajax... (a Feature of postback I suppose). -

tva Jan 15, 2009 10:29 AM (in response to sergeysmirnov)Thanks,
Was really looking forward to the text editor, it was the only thing really missing
Where can I find the latest status of <rich:extendedDataTable>, does it have some big issues or is it relatively safe to use?

7. Re: RichFaces 3.3.0.GA has been released
ilya_shaikovsky Jan 15, 2009 10:33 AM (in response to sergeysmirnov)ExtendedTable was reviewed and numerous issues fixed. So now we could say that it's safe to use. If you want to check the issues which still opened just use jira search filtered to show open extendedTable issues.(enter component name to the String query)

tva Jan 16, 2009 2:47 AM (in response to sergeysmirnov)I'll give the ExtendedDataTable a try, most issues seem to be avoidable.
Thanks again for a great job. -

locutusut Jan 19, 2009 10:31 PM (in response to sergeysmirnov)Great Job! What's with the compulsory login screen to the demo though? I often use your demo site to show my customers the capabilities of RichFaces. Is this really necessary to have an account and log in?

fabmars Jan 21, 2009 2:08 PM (in response to sergeysmirnov)I've migrated our whole site to RF 3.3.0.
Apart from the a4j:command* changes made to comply with JSF1.2 (which is a good thing), it went smoothly and functions all fine.
Add the Rich Text and other improvements on top of this, and we have once again a GREAT release from the RichFaces team.
Keep up the good work, guys, spasibo, thanks. -

supernovasoftware.com Jan 21, 2009 3:10 PM (in response to sergeysmirnov)No doubt. Before the survey on what people wanted most, upgrading was a headache.
Now that stabity is the focus upgrades have been going flawlessly for me.
Thanks for the great work Richfaces team! -

chris.simons Mar 6, 2009 2:57 PM (in response to sergeysmirnov)All,
I'm having a problem with upgrading from RF 3.2.2.GA to 3.3.0.GA. I've done several RF upgrades before - never with an issue.
I've completely cleaned, redeployed, restarted, changed EARs...but I'm still getting this after app init:
/deploy/rf-upgrade.ear/richfaces-api-3.2.2.GA.jar could not be opened, does it exist?
Something is telling it to look for the old jar.
I have verified that the new api, ui, and impl jars are in their proper places. I have also verified that there are no "old jars" anywhere in my jboss server/deploy structure.
What could be happing? I'm running Seam 2.1.1.SP1...could that have somethign to do with it? Didn't it come bundled with RF 3.2.2? -

Can you please check application.xml and MANIFEST.MF? Reference can be there.
