if you are using Maven, you could use SNAPSHOTs from jboss repository, details can be found in article "How to add RichFaces 4.x to maven based project" [1].
If you are not using maven, you could download these artifacts from jboss repository,
or you can find them in one place in sample artifacts like richfaces-showcase, but you need to use right version [2] and asure that you are using latest one
