2. How to control "server.log" file size in JBoss 6.0.GA release?
jbossuser71 Feb 3, 2011 1:40 PM (in response to nickarls)No suggestion?
Does that mean nobody uses this feature?
I can find that Jira https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBAS-8843 will be fixed as part of 6.1 - any idea of its release date (approx.) ?

3. How to control "server.log" file size in JBoss 6.0.GA release?
shelly.mcgowan Feb 3, 2011 2:41 PM (in response to jbossuser71)Try the jboss-logmanager.jar attached to JBAS-8843 to see if that solves your issue. Alternatively, you can obtain the latest jboss-6.1.x.zip distribution from our public Hudson instance: http://hudson.jboss.org/hudson/view/JBoss%20AS/job/JBoss-AS-6.1.x/
Status of the next 6.1.x release can be watched here.

4. How to control "server.log" file size in JBoss 6.0.GA release?
jbossuser71 Feb 5, 2011 6:41 AM (in response to shelly.mcgowan)I tried the jboss-logmanager.jar attached to JBAS-8843. With that jar placed under "{JBOSS}\common\lib" directory I can find that only once "server.log.1" file was created then all subsequent logging went to "boot.log" file.
My OS is Windows Vista and UAC is enabled here.
