TestNG: BeforeClass, AfterClass, BeforeMethod, AfterMethod are called outside the container

Hi,

I'm using the last Arquillian/TestNG version and i'm facing serious issues using a managed container.

It seems that BeforeClass/AfterClass are invoked outside the container and before all stuff being deployed to container.

Are you aware of thiis?

Hi Luis,

in the case of TestNG the events should be fired on both places - on the client and inside the container.
Just for verification try to add some output (eg: System.err.println) into the BeforeClass method and then see the server log if the the output is printed there.

Hi Matous.

But how I know if the event was trigger inside the container or not?
Other thing, is that the BeforeClass and AfterClass are invoked for each test call.
