Unable to install jboss devstudio 8.00 GA

The install fails with a runtime exception.

Windows 7 64-bit

JRE version: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (8.0_31-b13) (build 1.8.0_31-b13)

JDK 8.0_31

Should I use different jre/jdk?

Installer supports Java 7 and 8, so you could try to run it with JDK 7. What runtime exception do you get?
