Hello I'm rovero, a newbie here. I have used JIRA to work in the past few years. I forgot some features and information and I want to learn to use it again in the future.

I just found this site and I had questions:

- I see many projects list in here. Is it okay to raise an issue (just as trial)

- Can I change something (status, or etc) in any project issue here?

I want to learn as much as I can through this site.
