EPVC refactor testing

Hey guys,

I have finished works on EPVC refactoring and the branch is now prepared

for verification by QE team before incorporation into master:

Note that only container that bundles Mojarra implementation where the

patch suppose to work ATM is WildFly. It should also work fine on MyFaces.

Note: There are no issues discovered by framework tests.

@Pavol, could you please coordinate works on verifying this patch?

Is it likely to have results by Tuesday next week?
