Would one of you guys could help narrow down the problem by starting with a simple vanilla JSF/RichFaces application, then add your additional dependencies one at a time to identify which one causes it to break.  Once we know which library is interfering we can look for a resolution.

I can reproduce this issue when I declare the MyFaces extensions filter.

If I add the extension filter to web.xml the listener is never called after the file upload.

zhefrench in your stacktrace I see Spring libraries.  Can you try running a simple example without any external libraries?  If we can isolate this as a Spring/RichFaces interaction problem we will be one step closer to finding a resolution.

I moved on with this bug and my delay is very short for my project. Sorry for having wait to give you an answer.

What do you call external libraries ? You mean remove some other libraries from my Maven pom. As what ? Depending on the libraries i will remove , my project will necessarily crash...so . Would you like to see my pom to reproduce the problem ?

This is great, thanks for isolating the problem!  Please file a jira issue, and attach your reproducing code to that jira issue.
