    Looks like that you have more than one problem.

    Let us work step by step.

     

    Try to configure your Queue without change the database. This should work because the default in-memory DB will be used.

     

    Add your mysql db definition and see if it gets deployed.

    After that change the JMS persistence to mysql.

     

    If you want to remove the DefaultDS you must also change the timer-service to the new mysql db.
