File selector

Hie everyone!.
Someone knows if exists a component to do a file selector.
I need to popup a window where i can select a file in my hard drive, and obtein the file.

Yes i looked that component, but i only need to select a file to have the full path of a file.
Like the popup you´ve got when you press add on the file Upload.

i am not aware of any in Richfaces or seam ui. woodstock (abandoned project) has one though.
