Problem with utf-8 character in wikipage

I installed last wiki.ear to JBoss Portal 2.7.2
Main page was created with text "ÐŸÑ€Ð¸Ð²ÐµÑ‚ ÐœÐ¸Ñ€" (HelloWorld on russian) but "?????? ???" was displayed.
I created a new page with name "Ð“Ð»Ð°Ð²Ð½Ð°Ñ�". The page name was displayed correctly.

What I should do to solve the problem?

I use UTF-8 encoding, but no russian character displayed correctly in the forum.
