How to deploy an ejb in a subsystem

Hi,

I'm working to create a wildfly subsystem module which needs to deploy two mdb and an ejb timer. see Install BlackTie as an WildFly subsystem module

There was an ear we just used to copy to standalone/deployment and now I'm not sure how to deploy these ejb in the ear within the subsystem module.

AFAIK there is no way to do that. i.e. the annotations are not processed and the names are not bound to JNDI.

IMHO the subsystems are not meant do deploy EE applications.
What is the reason to do so?

for blacktie subsystem, we want to deploy the XATMI services written with C/C++, see Introduce a JBoss deployable artifact for the C++ XATMI services
