Jbpm 5.3 how to get ProcessContext from ProcessInstanceId?

I want to retrieve the ProcessContext from ProcessInstanceId in my web app. I have deployed jbpm 5.3 on tomcat 7. Javadocs do not help as I do not see how to get the context.

what is your use case to have the process context? it is only a container that included ksession, process instance and current node instance.

I have a token scheme where in I pass {$ParamName} to one of my custom workitems as parameter. The workitem needs to get the value of a process parameter named "ParamName" and use this value.

you should use data input and data input association to directly inject the value of the process variable instead of the name of it.
