domain mode error: Failed to start service jboss.teiid.transport.jdbc

Working with JBoss 7.1.1 TEIID 8.1 clustered env with ha profile and socket-ha, 3 server group two server per group two VM nodes:

Installation of TEIID in domain done using the cli script distributed with package (with mods to respect server groups naming etc).

We receive the following error.

Any hint?
