Can I include XML snippet in standalone.xml

We have a fairly large standalone.xml. More than 50 message destinations and many data sources. This standalone.xml is difficult to maintain. Is there a way to have different XML snippets and refrence them from a master configuration file?

No, because the files is written by the management process.

What about using the CLI to maintain the configuration, it is recommended to use this instead of editing the xml files.
