I have a custom service which uses class of MBeans those that are independent of JBoss services and are deployed with deploy/user-service.xml in previous versions which I am trying to migrate to JBoss AS 7. I could not find proper way of migrating this. Can someone please suggest me the way I can proceed

The other classes of MBeans, the SAR files, I could find a document that says AS 7 no longer uses service-style descriptors but still are backward compatible and can be deployed in JBOSS_HOME/standalone/deployments/ and left as TODO: in few locations where doc is yet to be written.
Is this the same case with deploy/user-service.xml custom services also, that is this is no longer supported. Is there any alternative way to deploy this custom service.
