1. Re: Can't configure JBoss 7.1.2 failover (clustering - OK, SSO - not)
maksymg Jun 8, 2012 2:59 PM (in response to maksymg)I saw that a few bugs were fixed last month that might address the problem, Which branch should I use to build the latest 7.1.*: 7.1 or 7.1-next? The same situation is for master. What *-next means?

True that!
Just build the master to get 7.2.0-SNAPSHOT.
Oh, if you need to stay on 7.1.x generation, then build "7.1" branch.

maksymg Jun 8, 2012 3:13 PM (in response to rhusar)We'd like to settle with something that is more closed to production readliness. Does 7.1* branch include all those patches as well? An what does *-next branch mean?

So far the 7.1 branch and master branch are almost identical (I don't know of any significant difference in the commits). However, instead of building the 7.1.x branch, you could actually build the 7.1.2.Final tag https://github.com/jbossas/jboss-as/tree/7.1.2.Final. I think the SSO issues you mention, have been fixed in that tag.

setianusa Aug 13, 2012 3:05 AM (in response to maksymg)Hi Maksym,
Would you mind to share with us what was your JBoss configuration, did you use Apache mod_proxy_balancer, etc ?
Basically, I am also interested with JBoss failover setup, but I couldn't find yet how.
Thanks.
