Rich Sharples (the product manager) answered a number of questions about it when the first beta was released back in March at http://blog.softwhere.org/archives/1096
Like the difference EAP 5 and AS5, we don't provide support for the community version itself but the enterprise releases are based on it.

But there is no unlimited access to get all without support. But you can have a Developer subscription.
