    Bug in the off line "Jboss Tools" installation?

      Hi

       

      I downloaded the zip file "JBoss Tools" to install it offline. And after following the given installation instructions  (Help> install new software ...> Add ...> Archive ...) , the installation has been done online instead! so that the downloaded files have been useless
