Why is the SY console inside our installer? This has almost doubled the size of the installer distribution from 34.7MB in 0.4.0.CR1 to 64.8MB in 0.4.0.Final. The console is already present in the AS7 distribution *and* the tools distribution, which can be pulled down from the installer. Unless there is a hard requirement for packaging it directly in the installer distro, then we need carve this out during 0.5.
As a general reminder, the installer distribution is supposed to include the SwitchYard runtime along with an install script which allows the user to download additional pieces on demand.
I think this is a result of how I integrated the console into the distribution. The console is included in the bundle project which is overlayed atop the AS distribution. At the time I did this, the console was less than 10mb.
Extracting the console from the bundle project will require changes to the distro (to transform the module.XML), the bundle project (to remove the console), and the installer (to prevent transformation of module.xml by default).
