jhuska Feb 8, 2012 9:07 AM (in response to jesper.pedersen)Sorry, but I forget to mention that for me it is not related with Openshift very much. My issue is described here. I just use the original issue, because there is better described what is wrong.
But I guess that answer will be very similar, that we should use something else than default DS and set it properly with workaround, since this one will not be fixed/supported soon?

Yes, so you should create your own setup using the database and the configuration of your choice.
See the JBoss Enterprise Application Platform documentation for databases that are supported with a subscription.

I wonder if anyone has looked at contributing a H2 patch to make it easier to disable the shutdown hook. Or perhaps a better way to control H2 when its embedded. Let us know what you find.
