I plan to. Should that be done in the JBoss JIRA under the Weld project? I see a component for CDI API, but none for CDI TCK.

https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/CDITCK is the JIRA for the TCK.

We can't add new test requirements to the 1.0 series, but will add it for 1.1 series.
