We added "org.slf4j" to filteredPackages in deployers/jbossweb.deployer/META-INF/war-deployers-jboss-beans.xml as jaikiran pai suggested. It worked; now we only have log4j binding.

Really, just solved the problem in startap, but now the logback is not working, and all the libs are in WEB-INF/lib, apparently he is not reading the file logback.xml help me please...
