EAR is not a standard deployment format for OSGi bundles and AFAIK we don't currently support it (although if you need it you could file an enhancement request for it: https://issues.jboss.org).
What might be interesting for you to keep track of is the OSGi Subsystem specification work (RFC 152 in http://www.osgi.org/download/osgi-early-draft-2011-09.pdf). This specification defines a Subsystem Archive (in section 5.3.3) which can be used in a similar way as an EAR file to package a number of OSGi bundles together in a single file and this file will be deployable as a single unit.
