Can not get connection to server - port out of range -1

I'm getting this exception from the Invoker:

Does anybody know what causes this?

      Is this valid?: socket://toms-d2003x64/10.1.3.100:1600

I also get this if I try port 5400 like in the samples.

      Thanks,

      Tom
