No, it is a way to communicate with the JSR-77 implementation which talks about J2EE management API.

Do you mean that we can not monitor/manage the business methods, business exceptions of our JBoss deployed EJB's through JSR-77?
I know we can manage/monitor the containers and activate(), passivate() ... the EJB's and resource adapters. But is this as far as we can go? Can't we expose other methods, statistics etc. of our EJB's through the same API.
