4.0.0.ALPHA2 Release

• Plan delayed again do to priorities and conflicts
  • Should have something for next week
  • Areas are being trimmed back to shorten cycle
    • Best to get something out for ALPHA2 than have complete functionality for Tables
    • Updates on shortening tasks
