The goal of this test is to be able to access remote artifacts from a thirdparty repository (repo1.maven.org) and save those artifacts in the repository manager for future use.

1. Run a build using the repository manager

2. Verify that artifacts coming from the central repository are saved and accesible without accessing the central repository again.
