What is this?

Hi folks.
I just installed last build 26-Jul-2007 of RHDS and accidentally i see that when do right click on some files there is menuItem
Red Hat Developer Studio -> Verify
Run
Generate Java Code

Do you know what is this?
In my case this item always is disabled. But can anybody explain when this will be enabled and what work will do that?
