    3.2 vs. 3.3?

    cntoomey

I noticed from the download page that the newest 3.x version is 3.2.7, not 3.3.1. Is 3.2.7 thus the latest/greatest of 3.x or is 3.3.1, and if the latter, why was 3.2.7 recently released?

      thx,

      Chris

The jBPM 3.3 branch is discontinued. It was meant to incorporate new features such as the GWT console and JDK 5 support and to allow for database schema corrections and enhancements. In the end the  team decided these initiatives fit better in jBPM 4. Backwards-compatible updates and bug  fixes in version 3.3.0 and 3.3.1 were also shipped in 3.2.4 and 3.2.5 respectively. Subsequent versions in the 3.2 branch (3.2.6 and 3.2.7) are the latest and greatest releases of jBPM 3.
