    Referencing JARs outside of JBOSS_HOME

My client's development team has shared JARs in a standard location on everyone's machine, and it'd be nice to have JBoss use JARs from that directory instead of having them copy the JARs into JBOSS_HOME/server/default/lib during development. Is there a simple way to add this directory to the server's classpath other than on the command line?
