jbpm4.4: Can't use foreach activity in process designer

Hi.

I'm using jbpm 4.4 runtimes and jbpm-jdpl designer in Eclipse. I have to use foreach activity in a process but it doesn't appear in the design components and it isn't recognized if I put it in the source.

I didn't find jbpm-jdpl designer 4.4 anywere and I didn't uderstand how to use some patch I found (for example GPD-394.patch)

What can I do in order to use foreach activity in my process?

Hi Alessandro,

Did you check out the for-each activity example in the developer's guide section 2.3? It seems to be working fine and is recognizing the for each tag and other related attributes.

Hi roxy1987, thanks for you answer.
I tried to implement the example, but I don't see foreach activity in the design panel.
I'm using jbpm4.4 and I followed all the instructions in the user's guide section 2.11 to install GPD in Eclipse.

Yes this functionality is not in the design window of the Eclipse gpd. This is something like the group activity which you need to embed using souce window. But the tag is very much recognizable otherwise it would have been listed in the problems view. You can try using web based Signavio editor to design your workflows which is a little more user friendly and provides the XOR gateways.
