I can't start jboss server by use the jbpm5.1's Installation guide step.

First of all,thanks for read my problem.I will descript my problem as following.

1.as the jbpm's installation guide descript ,I do "ant install.demo" successfully....but I can't do "ant start.demo" successfully,I take the problem's screenshot is this: ,the build.xml as follow:

edit maxwait="5" to bigger value

check the server log inside jboss-installer/jboss-5.1.0.GA/server/default/log/ directory

I try to modify the maxwait value="20" ,but the error just appear once time again. so I give up ,Thank you, I need to look for other way to study the JBPM5.I can't follow the installation guide to study jbpm5.
