What is actually in the deployed archive ?

when I deploy the project attached in first post to the server I get the following structure inside:
EARProject.ear
lib
freemarker.jar
Engine.jar
META-INF
Presentation.war
lib is the folder when we place common jars. Freemarker itself can be downloaded here, and it is not ejb module, but something should be inside its jar that makes Eclipse think differently...

aeternitas Jul 4, 2011 9:22 AM (in response to maxandersen)I got it: both freemarker and yuicompressor jars can be used from command line, so they have Main-Class property set in MANIFEST.MF. When I remove this property both files are not listed in server view anymore.
