jaikiran Apr 8, 2011 6:50 AM (in response to wolfc)1 of 1 people found this helpfulDoes this work http://community.jboss.org/docs/DOC-16705 ?
P.S: I could not get it to work well with 127.0.0.2 (have to check why) but was able to get it to work with the IP address of my laptop.

rhusar Apr 18, 2011 6:09 AM (in response to jaikiran)If you are on Linux the virtual interfaces work well too:
ifconfig eth0:1 192.168.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.0
ifconfig eth0:2 192.168.1.2 netmask 255.255.255.0

4. Re: AS 7: running two configurations at once
wolfc Apr 18, 2011 7:11 AM (in response to wolfc)The way I do it now is by copying the whole distribution:
$ cp -a jboss-7.0.0.Beta3-SNAPSHOT ejb3
And modifying the standalone/configuration/standalone.xml to read:
<interface name="default"> <loopback-address value="127.0.0.2"/> </interface>
I don't like the copy of the whole distribution bit.
