1. Re: Steps to create a user interface so that end user can interact with human task management component in JBPM5
krisverlaenen Jan 5, 2011 9:02 PM (in response to satishpolasi)Could you elaborate what you mean with "user interface"? Are you talking about custom task forms for your enrollment process that will show up if the user starts the process inside the jbpm-console? Or do you want to create a custom human task solution, similar to what the jbpm-console offers functionality-wise?

satishpolasi Jan 5, 2011 11:55 PM (in response to krisverlaenen)Hi Kris,
Thanks for replying for my theard!
I have created a sample enrollment.bpmn process with one user task and deployed in jbpm-console, I want a create a form(ftl or preferabaly jsf form) and map it with the user task component so that the person received the task can perform some actions and submit it to end the process. Can you help me out with the steps to acheive it.
After this my next task will be creating a custom human task solution similar to what the jbpm-console offers.

3. Steps to create a user interface so that end user can interact with human task management component in JBPM5
krisverlaenen Jan 10, 2011 6:32 PM (in response to satishpolasi)The jbpm-console only supports ftl templates by default, so if you want to use a jsf form, that would need to be extended.
I've just completed the Guvnor integration, so now you can just upload all your processes, forms, etc. to guvnor and the jbpm-console will be able to find them there. If you want to make sure the console can find your form, give it the name {TaskName}.ftl and upload it to the defaultPackage on guvnor.
If you don't want to use Guvnor, you can just make sure that the form is on the jbpm-console application classpath.
I'm making a blog entry and screencast about this in the next few days, so keep an eye on the blog.

4. Steps to create a user interface so that end user can interact with human task management component in JBPM5
brianlh Jan 12, 2011 9:27 AM (in response to krisverlaenen)Hello Kris
It seems that application classpath of jbpm-console (${install.home}/sample/evaluation/src/main/resources", defined in build.xml) doesn't work even if I have changed it to another directory. All BPMN processes in that directory aren't listed in "console==>processes==>process overview".

5. Steps to create a user interface so that end user can interact with human task management component in JBPM5
krisverlaenen Jan 13, 2011 4:29 AM (in response to brianlh)If you start from a fresh installation of the installer, and you run the jbpm-console, does the evaluation process pop up in the console?
If you added additional processes in that folder and they no longer show up, there might be issues trying to compile the processes. Could you check the server.log (in jbpm-installer/jboss-x/server/default/log) to see if there are any errors in there?

6. Steps to create a user interface so that end user can interact with human task management component in JBPM5
arjunp Jan 13, 2011 3:49 PM (in response to krisverlaenen)I do have the same issue. I checked the jboss server's log and no errors logged.
