These tests are not suppoed to run with 4.0.5. How do youo build and invoke the samples?

Maybe I don't make myself clearly. I try to build the samples, but can not compile the class I mentioned. -

Downloaded jboss-ejb3.jar for that link and ClientLauncher is not there?
Has it been removed?

Actually I also wonder how samples are working, but when I copied all samples source files into Eclipse with Maven plugin, it couldn't find this class.
I deployed JBoss WS 3.0.5 native to my JBoss Portal 2.6.3 (On JBoss 4.2.2) and all tests except one (GenerateProject) passed (see attached results).
I copied test classes to Eclipse to learn how they work. Now it showing missing class import org.jboss.ejb3.client.ClientLauncher in the following test:
org.jboss.test.ws.jaxws.samples.webserviceref.ebServiceRefClientTestCase which is probably should test plain java client but not EJB3 one...
I tried to find org.jboss.ejb3.client.ClientLauncher inside any jar distributed with JBoss Portal 2.6.3 and JBoss WS 3.0.5 native and couldn't find it. As I know this class is available in JBoss AS 5.0.0 only but for older versions it is not there.. Seems like somebody forgot to test JBoss WS 3.0.5 with JBoss 4.2.2 codebase...
