Updating JBT via Eclipse check for updates

I have JBT 3.1.0-M4. How do I update to latest version cleanly from Eclipse Galileo? I don't see JBT in the list for possible available updates when I do Help --> check for updates.

It should pick up last update from development update site, which is 3.1.0.CR1. Check that you have http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development update site enabled in your preferences. Open Preferences dialog using bar menu "Help->Preferences..." and then select category "Install/Update->Available Software Sites".
